Strathcona County, Alberta – On Wednesday October 18, 2018 Strathcona County RCMP responded to three residential break and enters in the Nottingham, Summerwood and Brentwood area of Sherwood Park.
In all three incidents forced entry was gained by kicking in the front door and once inside the culprit(s) stole T. V’s and jewelry.
Strathcona County RCMP and RCMP Forensic Identification Section continue to investigate.
Residential safety tips:
- Keep your shrubs and trees trimmed to avoid blocking your doors and windows.
- Doors should be well lit or lit by motion detector lights.
- Watch out for suspicious activity, people and vehicles in your neighborhood and report it to police immediately.
- Keep inventory and document serials numbers of all your valuables.
