OUR MISSION To serve as "extra eyes and ears" to detect and deter crime in Strathcona County OUR OBJECTIVE SCCOPS will partner with the Strathcona County RCMP detachment to foster a safer community by: * patrolling to observe and report suspicious or criminal behaviour, * assisting in community sponsored events and emergencies, * providing surveillance in high crime areas, and * participating in crime-related and vehicle traffic research and surveys.
