Strathcona County, Alta. – The Strathcona County RCMP have charged a 36-year-old male with luring a child and transmitting explicit material.
The RCMP launched an investigation in November 2019 when a female youth came forward to police about inappropriate messages and explicit images being sent to her by her former Taekwondo instructor.
Michael CHUNG (36) of Edmonton was arrested on April 14, 2020 and following a bail hearing was released with strict conditions. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 24, 2020 in Sherwood Park Provincial Court.
